Payment for online, faxed or phone entries must either be mailed or sent by PayPal within 24 hours.

We reserve the right to cancel entries for which payment has not yet been received.

 
HOW TO ENTER THE SHOW


NOTE: THE SHOW IS NOW CLOSED TO ADDITIONAL ENTRIES... THANKS TO ALL WHO ENTERED!

IMPORTANT: If you previously entered the show but have not yet sent your cat entry info, please do so IMMEDIATELY!

  • If you haven't yet sent the cat info for entries you previously ordered, please send a completed entry form for each cat you entered.
  • If you haven't yet sent payment for the amount owed, please do so IMMEDIATELY. All payment must be in US dollars.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal.

We also accept checks or money orders. Please make checks payable to TNCC or The New Culture Club.

Payment is due at the time the summary sheet & entry forms are received by the entry clerk. We reserve the right to cancel entries for which payment has not yet been received. Only with advance permission from the Entry Clerk may entries be paid at the door, cash only, including a $25 late payment fee.


Payment and Fees

  • All entries must be received & paid by January 14, 2018.
  • All fees, services related to the show are due and payable within 24 hours of entry and/or summary forms submission, whether it be by website, phone, fax, email, or snail-mail, and as such constitutes an agreement to pay for those services, even if you fail to bench, or withdraw from the show.
  • All fees must be paid in U.S. funds. Money orders and bank checks are to be made payable to TNCC or The New Culture Club. Only checks from a United States bank can be accepted. No post-dated checks.
  • NO REFUNDS once an entry or service request has been received by the Entry Clerk. However, substitutions may be made, as long as info is received by closing.
  •  Overpayments will be considered a donation to the club.
  • Cats co-owned by members of two different households are eligible for multiple entry discounts ONLY if a photocopy of the cat's TICA registration accompanies the cat's entry showing the names of both co-owners.
  • Returned (NSF) check fee — $50.00 plus any bank fees charged to the club.
  • Phone entry fee — $5.00/entry.
  • Substitution fee — $10.00/entry.
  • Late fee — Only with advance permission from the Entry Clerk may entries be paid at the door, cash only, including a $25 late payment fee. No exceptions!
 

PAY AT THE DOOR?

Yes, you can pay at the door. But it'll cost you extra! Only with advance permission from the Entry Clerk may entries be paid at the door, cash only, including a $25 late payment fee.

Why? Because collecting entry fees at the door really slows down the check-in process. Also, the club really needs to collect funds up front: most of our expenses must be paid before the show starts.

Entry information is confidential.
Therefore, please do not ask us who has entered, or whether a particular person or cat is entered.
